Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to provide you the bestest experience with the best quality products. But in case, you are not fully satisfied with our products, you can raise exchange requests within 3 days of receiving the product. You can write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Products that are on sale or purchases with any offers, coupons or discounts shall not be entertained for exchanges.
You need to send the product by yourself to us within 7 days.
Our team will examine the product. It must be unwashed, unworn, unused and must be returned with all the tags and labels.
Once the product is clear with quality check, we will exchange it.
Products will be exchanged for size issues only and we don’t entertain multiple exchanges of same product. If in case, the required size is not available, we will issue a credit note of that particular amount to buy something else which has to be avail within 90 days.
Cancellation of prepaid orders is not allowed. Only COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the orders by contacting our customer help centre.
All products must be dry clean only. We are not responsible for your lost parcel in transit. We will not be able to reimburse or refund any amount of lost products.
Note: We do not allow any returns and provide any refunds. We only provide exchanges for size issues
