RETURNS/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION/SHIPPING COSTS POLICY
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

We are committed to provide you the bestest experience with the best quality products. But in case, you are not fully satisfied with our products, you can raise exchange requests within 2 days of receiving the product. You can write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment
- PLEASE NOTE All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.
- IN CASE OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.If you have received a damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. Once the product is delivered to us and has been checked by our team, we shall send you a fresh piece. No exchanges or returns will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.
- IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION The orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse. We can initiate an exchange/store credit which may normally take up to 15 working days. If The required size is not available, we will issue a credit note of that particular amount to buy something else which has to be avail within 90 days. If the customer requests a re-shipment of the same order, they would still have to bear another shipment cost of INR 100.
- IN CASE OF A REVERSE PICKUP customer has to bear the costs of reverse pickup and delivery i.e INR 200. The customer can also choose to courier the product back to us on their own. In that case, they would still have to bear the cost of re-shipping INR 100 for the exchanged item which we will ship.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- HOME DECOR ITEMS are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- COD charges of INR 50 are applicable.
